prof. Stoyan Durin

has a masters degree in economy, registered auditor. He has working experience as a book-keeper, accountant, auditor in public sector, professor in University of National and World Economy and New Bulgarian University. He owns Certificate with permission to perform and independent audit of financial reports prepared under IFRS/IAS. He has been director National Accountancy department in Ministry of finance from 1985 till 2000. He was President of the Managing Board of Bulgarian Institute of Public Accountants from 1996 till 2002. He has over 350 articles and books in the field of theory and practice of accountancy. He has a very good command of Russian language.

 

Daniela Durina

is a registered auditor. She has a masters degree in economy. Se owns Certificate with permission to perform and independent audit of financial reports prepared under IFRS/IAS. She has working experience as a book-keeper and accountant in trade companies and banks. . She has over 50 articles and books in the field of theory and practice of accountancy. She has a very good command of English and Italian language.
